We are currently looking for Devices and Accessories Marketing Executive
Primary goal of our Marketing team is to contribute to the Reduced Risk Products plan and manage development and implementation of Portfolio activities to convert legal age smokers from cigarettes to better alternatives.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE:
Contribute to the implementation of devices and accessories plan, including new product launches, optimization and support programs by understanding market / consumer / brand trends and pain-points.Responsible for development of devices and accessories novelties and innovations, from the coordination with the relevant stakeholders (i.e., Product Development, Operations, Business Planning, Consumer Journey, Legal, Market Research, External Affairs), timely submission of all marketing documentations including product packaging and approval of portfolio initiatives before commercialization.Ensure timely development of product campaigns in full scope: Key visual development, digital content development, CRM content development, other relevant content in order to support PM brands competitive advantage. Brief and guide creative agencies on specific projects to achieve excellence in execution.Monitor and analyse devices and accessories performance and campaigns results, both in terms of project KPIs achievement as well as impact on brand performance.Closely cooperate with other departments (i.e. Consumer Journey, Digital, CRM) in order to ensure smooth commercialization of marketing activities, such as limited editions, line extensions, product depletion and other activities.Propose the budget breakdown for each project and initiative and accurately enter spending into the budget management system to support activity spend tracking. Drive towards optimal efficiencies and effectiveness in allocating the spending.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
2-3 years of experience in brand building, international FMCG environment preferredUniversity degree (Marketing, Economics ideally)Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to detailsProject Management Skills, agility to work in complex environment with tight deadlines, broad creative mind, fight through attitude, communication skills & influence to build on, team work mindsetAdvanced active English, native Czech/Slovak languageFrequent MS Office user (Power Point, Excel)We are looking for candidates with aspiration and potential to develop further and grow within the company.
